Jennifer is a native of Woodstock, Georgia and a graduate of Boise State University. Jennifer began her work with Rejuvenation Spa as Dr. Holbrook's Medical Assistant in 2007. Her passion for Nutrition & Wellness lead her to become board certified as a Health and Wellness Coach though the national board of medical examiners. Jennifer is also a certified Nutritional Therapist, 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher, and a former CrossFit L1 and CrossFit Kids Coach. With over 14 years of clinical experience and a lifetime of personal application in weight Loss, nutrition & fitness, Jennifer has the tools to help you reach your health and wellness goals. Jennifer has worked with thousands of clients, ranging in age from 5 to 87, and she understands that each individual has unique needs.
